Startup architect. Ecosystem strategist. Founder-first operator.

Corey R. Wright professional headshot

Corey's passion is building startup programs that actually move companies forward.

Over the past decade, he has designed and led international accelerators, built cross-border founder pipelines, and advised public and private stakeholders on how to structure ecosystems for real outcomes, not just optics. His work spans Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, with a focus on internationalization, venture readiness, and deep-tech expansion.

He currently designs scaleup and startup programs for global governments, developing strategies for multi-country initiatives that support hundreds of founders each year.

His background blends scientific training, venture building, public-private program design, and firsthand founder experience — giving him a rare perspective across operators, investors, and institutions.

As a speaker, he translates complex ecosystem dynamics into clear frameworks, grounded in lived experience. He speaks on internationalization, startup program design, deep-tech storytelling, and the structural realities founders face when crossing borders.

Outside of formal roles, Corey continues to mentor founders, connect ecosystems, and explore how innovation systems can be redesigned to better serve builders.

What Drives Me

1

Listen First

Every ecosystem is different. Real strategy begins with understanding context before applying frameworks.

2

Founder-First

Programs exist to serve founders. If a program does not create measurable progress, it needs to change.

3

Build Across Borders

Startups that think globally from day one move differently. Internationalization is a design decision, not a later add-on.

4

Practical Over Perfect

Execution beats theory. Clear next steps outperform abstract strategy.
